Iniziato dai primi del 2018, un yoga master in inglese per insegnanti Yoga e praticanti che cercano ad approfondire la loro pratica ed avere un stile in più, il pure flow. Oltre alla condivisione di valori esistenziali universali, ci saranno esercizi fisici pensati per intensificare il nostro atteggiamento sul tappetino. Quindi mettendo tutta la muscolatura sotto tensione a momenti, si rigenera l’anatomia originale. Quindi le sequenze intense e radicanti, sono parte dello yoga fisico tradizionale, hatha yoga. Il Vinyasa aggiunge il movimento e la tecnica di respiro servono a disperdere il calore, accumulando energia propria. Da un lato psicologico guardare al di là, oltre le limitazioni della mente, insistendo con la forza di volontà, permette di semplicemente lasciare andare la paura di non farcela e di diventare istantaneamente una persona migliore. Da un altra parte, parleremo di come la mente può sostenere o sabotare l’auto realizzazione in relazione con le ultime informazioni scientifiche sullo yoga e la meditazione.

Using self regulation to play with the automatic responses to pain – do I need to hold my breath so much right now, do I need to tighten my body so much, do these negative thoughts serve me now, does this emotional response and its intensity match with what’s going on inside me and outside.

Breath meaning is close to Latin spiritus, and is our best most intimately available teacher of the secrets of yoga. “Grant to us  the serenity of mind to accept that which cannot be changed, courage that which can be changed, and wisdom to know the one from the other.” Niebuhr.

Maha Bandha is the masterkey, a great concentration which includes 4 Bandhas. Bringing heat. There is a variety of diaphragmatic breaths that Yoga practice can hel to coordinate.  Breath habit can be changed as you may have noticed already for postural habits, in order to gain vitality and longetivity.

Full Vinyasa is a full immersion into postures maintaining the quality of breath. Including heat. We will explore together, the sun salutations and first serie of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga learning how to breath containing many items in a series. This class will turn your world upside/down, gaining immediate physical benefits and having same calm mind you have in another posture. In order to explore the dynamics of inverting the body through building a solid foundation from which to grow, while also looking at the opposing forces at play in Inversions we will also practice with partners.

Fundamentals keys to Yoga Backward bending

Benedetta Spada, with the kind intervention of her husband, will introduce you to the yoga as a science made of experiences, discoveries and new believes. After introducing the influence of mind on matter, the first part of the Workshop will put forward how to find a new body as you practice in your back and the only security is your breath.

This class will help to be yourself eyes shut, gaining immediate physical benefits into the spine and giving you a chance for emotional releases, always from a safe place. Without looking at the external expression of your force, the only way out is in your Background. The practice with dual assistants, is multilevel dynamic yogasana in Vinyasa, with two postures in Hatha. Yoga talk and practice for 120′.
