Let go of obsolete habits to make room for new ones may frighten at the beginning, because paradoxally, we are attached to what we know, even if it causes us great suffering and is something we have aquired rather than being our own. Entering into the new belief, with love and trust gives life and restores our own. This is because when we go towards life, we entrust ourselves to our own superpower. Love is a superpower, Tenderness is a superpower, Integrity is a superpower.
Diversity is a superpower, Faith is a superpower, Truth is a superpower, Respect is a superpower. We all have these, yet often we forget, we are educated to forget the power that we have within us, so there is nothing left to do but heal our lives if we want to really live them. To do Yoga is a way to find our strength and our path, because we have only one life now, unique and unrepeatable, because everything can be taken from a human being, but not their ability to choose how to live their Life.
Let me introduce myself!
Benedetta Spada is my name, in English it would be translated as “Holy Sword”, and it has motivated me since I was young. I teach Vinyasa yoga, I write books and articles about yoga techniques and lifestyle, health and wellbeing. As a radio speaker and blogger I am curious about MindBody balance. More than 10,000 hours of teaching have allowed me to share yoga training and easy techniques of mindfulness to achieve a balanced MindBody on your own.
Vinyasa Yoga flow
The bodywork proposed is taken from yoga flow and therapeutic dance, to create movement in order to learn how to read the body, develop abdominal breathing and strength of will as a practice of self-care and consciousness. Thanks to original yoga sequences that are dynamic and intense, the postures stimulate circulation and clean the body to create a new MindBody balance. Inspired by yoga and dance masters such as Maria Fux, Sharon Gannon, Shiva Rea.
Using yoga in a therapeutic way, the student is encouraged to become master of his mind. The course is brief and practical with tools such as Breath form, Mindfulness techniques, tailor-made Hatha yoga sequences and relaxation podcasts. Individual re-education is aimed at transforming life through simple exercises to discover integrity, new powerful believes, health and harmony. Inspired by Bhole teaching, Kabat-Zinn and Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Yoga for soulmates
Training is focused on the strength of altruism and is for people who want to empower their relationship, and create a new space called “Us” in which to live a unique soulmate experience. A therapeutic course in which the priority is not on oneself but where nuptial love and tenderness become a transformational force in daily life. The yoga exercises proposed are based on the extensive work of the theologian Don Carlo Rocchetta.
